It is my mission to guide & expand you through the polarity of the human experience. The foundation of my work is built around self study, personal practice, and surrender.

my main focus for the last decade has been applied yogic philosophy, aiming to share the full depth of wisdom that comes from this ancient tradition.

I love weaving contrast into my life with a variety of experiences. From parenting to performing burlesque--everything is sacred.
